CLINICAL & AESTHETIC DENTISTRY
The crown is the upper part of the teeth. Sometimes, due to cavities and trauma, it can be compromised, harming the aesthetics and function of the teeth. To solve this problem, we use prosthetics, called dental crowns.

The crown is the upper part of the teeth, but due to cavities and trauma, it can be compromised, harming the aesthetics and dental function. To solve this, we use dental crown prostheses. These prostheses, which rehabilitate the tooth with resistance, are very aesthetic and provide a very natural look.
Crowns are made of various materials, such as resin, metal, zirconia and ceramic. The choice of material will depend on the dentist's assessment and the patient's preference. Depending on the material, the crown can last between 5 and 15 years.
When the patient loses the bone structure and root of the teeth, the crown must be fixed on an implant (pin). In cases where there is still natural tooth structure, the crown is placed on it.
